Your right to withdraw
For purchases made through this website, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The day after receipt is day one. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period generally starts after receipt of the last item. This applies to vintage and second-hand goods as well as new goods.
Notify Antique Curations with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You can email [email protected] or write to Vinterg. 12A, 854 60 Sundsvall, Sweden. You do not need our permission or a return authorisation to exercise this right. You may use the model notice below, but it is optional.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing. Return them to Antique Curations, Vinterg. 12A, 854 60 Sundsvall, Sweden. Contact us if you need practical guidance, and pack fragile items securely.
You pay the direct cost of returning goods when you change your mind. There is no restocking or administration fee. For an accepted complaint about faulty or incorrect goods, we cover the necessary return costs.
Refunds
For withdrawal from the whole order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery service you chose are not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first.
You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where legally permitted. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition for exercising your right.
Faulty goods and complaints
You retain your statutory rights when buying second-hand goods. Normal age-related wear that was clearly described is different from an undisclosed defect. Under Swedish consumer law, you can complain about an original defect for three years after receiving the goods. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering it; notification within two months is always considered timely.
Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. Available remedies depend on the circumstances and may include repair, replacement where possible, a price reduction or cancellation. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
