About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Antique Curations (Swedish registration number: 820419-7936). Telephone: +46 76 399 33 13. Website: antiquecurations.com. Our business address is Vinterg. 12A, 854 60 Sundsvall, Sweden and our email is [email protected]. They should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.
Products and condition
Product descriptions, measurements and photographs form part of the information about each item. Vintage and second-hand items can show wear, patina and other signs of age, as described in the listing. Please ask about anything important to you before ordering. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colours.
A description of an item as vintage or used does not remove your statutory rights or excuse defects that were not disclosed.
Prices and payment
Product prices include applicable VAT. The checkout shows the currency, shipping charge and total amount before you submit a paid order. Use one of the payment methods available for your order at checkout. Availability can depend on your country, currency and payment provider.
Submitting an order commits you to pay the displayed total. Keep your order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or there is a genuine pricing or processing error, we will contact you to resolve it. Any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded; we will not substitute a different item or increase the agreed price without your consent.
Delivery, withdrawal and complaints
Our Shipping & Delivery page explains shipping and collection. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the 14-day right to withdraw, return costs, refunds and complaints, and includes an optional model withdrawal notice.
Personal information
We use personal information to process your order and manage customer service. Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more information.
Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Eligible consumers may refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. ARN has eligibility rules, time limits and an application fee.
Swedish law applies, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. You retain the right to bring a claim before a competent court. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively change an order already placed.
