Description
A vintage Strehla ceramic vase with a softly flared rim, a raised band around the upper body and a warm cream-beige glaze. Textured brown lines circle the base and rise into a stylised wave motif, giving the slender cylindrical form a distinctive decorative finish.
The underside bears the Strehla maker’s mark and GDR marking. A lovely piece for a pottery collection, a shelf display or an arrangement of dried stems. The exact production date has not been established.
